Poetry Please – BBC Radio 4

I produced two episodes of BBC Radio 4’s Poetry request show – Poetry Please.

The themes I chose were Lost which featured an interview with Sheenagh Pugh and archive recordings from Stevie Smith and Adrienne Rich.

And Work which featured Liz Berry, Caleb Parkin and Billy Letford reading their own works.

Here’s a video by Helmie Still which was commissioned alongside Caleb’s poem, Desktop Metaphor.

I also co-produced an episode recorded at the annual Poetry by Heart competition, at the British Library in London.
